We had a wonderful night in a junior suite here. The experience was fantastic, and the bathroom had a great walk-in shower. 😊.

The property was well-maintained with accommodating staff. The rooms were spacious and airy, featuring a work desk, flat screen TV, and a comfortable seating area. I enjoyed the lovely city view, and the location was convenient, right next to Mannheim's national theater.

I was in Mannheim for a week and during that time I took a room in the Hotel Mack. I was very satisfied with my room and can only recommend this hotel. I will definitely book this again when I am back in Mannheim. . I particularly liked: - My room was very, very clean. . - The bathroom was new, bright and clean. It is also important to me that the water comes at a constant temperature and pressure, which is unfortunately not the case in all hotels, but is the case here. . - The room was very quiet and had a pleasantly warm temperature in a cold January week, the bed was not too hard and not too soft. . - There were no disturbing noises -> quiet sleep guaranteed. - WiFi! One of the few times that I have been to a hotel where the WiFi worked without problems. . - A nice desk on which you could really work if you had to. . The breakfast is just fantastic, especially the coffee! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is also fantastic. Thank you, you rarely experience that !. Surroundings:. Quiet location. Very good and close connection to the tram. A few minutes to walk until you are two different S-Bahn stops. Favorable in winter. Everything can be reached within 15 minutes by tram. Train station approx. 20 minutes, castle approx. 12 minutes, center probably even shorter. . Good Italian restaurant (small rose garden) in the immediate vicinity, thanks to the hotel for the tip !. Nearby is a river with a bank. If it is warmer, it should be nice to walk there. Unfortunately I was there in winter (too cold to be outside).
i had no complaints. well, if i really wanted to make a fuss, i could write now: they didn't tell me right away if the hotel had a golf course (i didn't even ask for it), they didn't show me the in-house limousine service, presidential suite for 100.000 euro per night and my private helicopter. there was no private kitchen, no private movie theater and 35 degrees in the shade, i know from movies and california, did not exist outside the hotel either, because the hotel is located in germany and it is winter there in january. what is the point of getting artificially upset about something like that? i had a wonderful stay, that for four nights and at a very good price. room was nice, practical, quiet and clean, staff extremely friendly, breakfast perfect. what more could i ask for, what more could i artificially get upset about? i was very satisfied and have nothing to complain about.

The proximity to the National Theater was great. We walked 2 minutes to get there. Rooms had shutters, the bathroom had a window. Very good!

Central location, but quiet room (facing backyard). Friendly staff. Rich breakfast buffet. Fair price.
While breakfast was included in room price, I had to pay an extra 1.80 Euro for getting an espresso.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is exceptional, and the attention to detail throughout our stay was impressive. The location was quiet, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, we were only a short walk away from the city center and all the main areas.
All was perfectly satisfactory during our stay; no improvements needed.

Location, the bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful and easily adjustable. Breakfast was fine. My room was very quiet. Blinds ensured it was dark. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to friends and stay again myself.
The weather was really hot, with no breeze, so a fan would have been appreciated. As would tea making facilities. All the information was in german, which is fair enough. We were in Germany! The cold water was actually hot. However, we didn't mention this until the last day (thought it was the weather at first). Obviously a fault, which I'm sure they'll rectify.
